This highly concentrated, energizing, ladies only workshop is designed to help you break free from limiting thought patterns and emotional roadblocks that are keeping you stuck. Cancellation Policy
Session Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged in full or counted as a used session. Rescheduling is subject to coach availability and must be done via email or the booking platform. No-Show Policy If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Refunds for Coaching Packages Coaching packages are non-refundable after the first session has been completed. If a client chooses to discontinue before the first session, within the time frame described above, a refund may be issued minus a 5% administrative fee. Refunds for unused sessions may be considered in exceptional circumstances, at the coach’s discretion. Termination of Coaching Relationship Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. If the coach terminates the agreement, unused sessions will be refunded in full. If the client terminates, unused sessions may be refunded based on the coach’s discretion and the circumstances. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of when the client arrives. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the session being marked as a no-show. Emergency Exceptions Life happens. In cases of emergency or illness, exceptions to this policy may be made with proper communication and documentation.
